iPhone 4G Cost Contrast
As technology rises, more and more developers are competing to earn its value on the market. So as the smart phone competition is heating up every month because more phones are introduced with the newest and improved features available on all the major cell phone distributors. One of the biggest concerns in every competition is the price.
Because of the competition, competitors are usually developing as close feature as the other. Hence, to be able to have an advantage over others, competitors offer huge discounts. This will encourage you to sign contracts like for two years guaranteeing that you are going to patronize their service for at least for the next two years. They continue to do this to keep their customer form jumping into other dealers.
The iPhone is a huge name in the smart phone market. And foremost, the price is relative to the size of each model or gadget. The smaller ones has lower prices because the larger ones give more storage capacity. The iPhone 4G is likely to be priced similar to the iPhone 3GS was with a price of $199 for the 16GB models while the much smaller 8GB models sold for $99 with the 2 year contract. The 32GB model is $299 and the biggest size that AT&T proposes together. This is also the most costly smart phone on the market in association to the other entire alternative.
The other smart phones such as the Motorola Droid and Palm Pre have much slighter internal storage but you can use external storage methods such as the SD cards to increase their capacity. The Droid sells for $199 with a very small internal memory of 256MB. The Palm is more expensive than the smallest iPhone with a price tag of $149.
Apple stands out with its internal size of the phone. That feature made it incomparable to any other smart phone on the market. They may also set against some of its internal size because many of the people nowadays want removable storage. Due to this, Apple has lowered its sales. This is because of their ability to buy an external storage chip to provide the equivalent purposes.
Another established on the smart phone market is the blackberry series. The Blackberry Bold has a mere 256MB of storage space on it but has a similar price to most phones of $199. The cheapest smart phone available appears to be the Blackberry Tour 9630 for $49.99 however; it also has a limited storage space capacity. The operating system of each phone will depend on who their manufacturers are.
Most smart phones have similar features but the way they are differs them from each other. For example, all of them have cameras but the added capabilities on these cameras and supported megapixels distinguish them from one another. The price is one of the selling points – but is not the only factor that must be considered, for all phones, including the iPhone 4G.
